Dieses Mal: play loud! productions aus Berlin-Friedrichshain, 1997 in New York von den Filmemachern Dietmar Post und Lucía Palacios gegründet, seit 2003 in Berlin . play loud! veröffentlicht Musik und Text, produziert Film und baut mit der play loud! (live) music series an einem alternativen Musikarchiv. Am bekanntesten ist play loud! vor allem für ihre Dokumentarfilme über Musik, zum Beispiel das Grimme-Preis prämierte Monks: The Transatlantic Feedback, und Politik, darunter Deutsche Pop Zustände.

Today’s guest: play loud! productions from Berlin-Friedrichshain, founded in New York in 1997 by filmmakers Dietmar Post and Lucía Palacios, and based in Berlin since 2003. play loud! releases music and books, produces films, and is building an alternative music archive with the play loud! (live) music series. play loud! is best known for its/their documentaries about music, such as the Grimme Prize-winning Monks: The Transatlantic Feedback, and politics, including German Pop & Circumstance.
