Diskussion WahlheYmat Talks: Influencing public speech - creating and communicating on social media channels

In our March edition of WahlheYmat Talks, we will talk with influencers (creators) working in the social media space to learn about their work and how they see their role in communication—especially with regard to public discourse.

How much do influencers shape our lives and our thinking? How do they deal with their responsibility? How can social media be misused, and what do they think we can do about it? And, finally, what is the relationship between democracy and social media, and what is the role of influencers in the public and political space?

WahlheYmat Talks is a monthly discussion series focused on renewing democracy. Together with guests and the audience, we discuss different perspectives on how democracy in Berlin can be made accessible to everyone and adapted to the digital age.
