Meeting #4 | Artificial Intelligence: Between Techno‑Optimism and Techno‑Pessimism

Participation in the event requires mandatory registration via the link.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is evolving at an extraordinary pace, transforming many areas of our lives: From the way we work and learn to how we communicate and create. As AI becomes more integrated into everyday life, it is important to be aware of its nature, strengths, and weaknesses.

Thus, in this reading club session, we will explore AI from different perspectives: how it is built, what functions it serves, and how it is applied in practice. At the same time, we will take a critical look at its limitations, risks, and broader societal impact.

We invite you to read selected literature or bring your own texts and join a discussion about the controversial potential of modern AI.

This meeting is intended for respectful discussion and the exchange of ideas. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, we kindly ask all participants to follow our Code of Conduct.
