Questions and answers about the piano room
At both ZLB locations you can use the coin-operated photocopier or register (printer administration)

There is a book scanner at both locations. At the BStB, the book scanner is located on the 2nd floor Berlin Collections. You will need a USB stick to save the scans.

Scans are free of charge. You will need your own USB stick for this.
The coin copiers can not change or return, please pay appropriately.
When printing from USB stick, only PDF and image files are possible.

Yes, via Wi-Fi hotspots (wireless local area network hotspots). Access is free of charge and unrestricted.
Yes, the computers may be used by anyone with a valid library card aged fourteen and over. Each individual session per computer is limited to one hour. Central printing is possible from the computer workstations.

Anything lost and found in the ZLB is kept for six months until it is collected.
