In the Cinematheque, more than 70,000 films, series, documentaries, music films and stage recordings await you. The music library is also wide-ranging: From music of the Middle Ages to Mozart, from blues to rap and from salsa to folklore, you will find everything including the corresponding sheet music. In the piano room, you can hit the keys yourself.

We are also the experts on Berlin. In the Berlin Collections section you will find information on historical events as well as current debates. The Digital State Library Berlin contains digital publications and sources on Berlin regional studies and urban development as well as on Berlin's regional and cultural history.
